The editorial cartoons of Matt Davies

The President is convinced that after four years of his odd world view, incompetent leadership and the carnage and suffering that has resulted, his Iraq policy just needs a little more time to work its magic. The White House oracle of foreign affairs, Dick Cheney, said that Iraqis would be dancing in the streets after we liberated them, and now he is saying that if we leave it will be a disaster. Interesting to know what constitutes “disaster” in his opinion, as it looks very close to what normal human beings think of as a disaster, but it stands to reason that whatever Cheney says, we should do the opposite – seeing as since he chose himself to be VP, he has never been right on any issue, ever.
