Thanks for the promo of my "blog". The fact is, I agree with you totally. We already blog. With our cartoons. So, should anyone bother to visit my site you will find precious little to read. 
It strikes me as odd that the newspaper biz is in such a rush to have editorial cartoonists blog. A recent online survey finds that there will be in excess of 100 million blogs by 2008. There are now fewer than 80 staff editorial cartoonists. I'm no good at math, either, but one of them seems to be unique while the other is already over populated. 
But I appreciate the mention any way.
