I'm a bit late to this party…And frankly, I'm not really all that comfortable crashing it. I know there's a whole sad and sordid list of policy decisions that could apply to the labeling of those pieces of tape, but for this cartoon, and this story, the double meaning of the word "tape" was the thing that compelled me to put pen to paper last night.
