Oops…

A lot of people are blaming the pollsters for messing up the primary predictions in New Hampshire…But they just report what they’re told. Pundits should know better than to feign crystal ball-like clairvoyance under the guise of seasoned wisdom. Any schmo who has been through a handful of Presidential election cycles should know that the most bizarre candidates often bubble to the surface and the media darlings often sink. The valiant attempt to pigeonhole and make sense of what is happening at this stage of the election is a fools errand, at least until the dust has settled in February.
Of course, that’s just my way of saying “thank God I didn’t do a Hillary-is-toast cartoon”.
