Are you referring to the NY TIMES article about McCain's ties to a female lobbyist?

If I understand you correctly, you're saying that he was accused of overlooking his own ETHICS violations, not of sexual misconduct.

I read the article &#38; came away w/the same notion I think you did.

So, why do the mainstream evening-news broadcasters get a free pass on this one?  They distorted the story, made the issue into another tawdry sex scandal, &#38; apparently didn't read or chose to ignore the real substance of the story.

Where is our outrage?</description>
