		<description>If the slaughter business would upgrade their technology to controlled atmospheric killing, a lot of the grief that goes with slaughter would be eliminated.  In addition to improving conditions for these poor creatures, there would be less injury to slaughter house workers and a reduction in the resulting workman's comp claims. An added benefit would be improved quality of meat - less bruising, broken bones and stress hormones.  Why don't slaughterhouses use controlled atmospheric killing??  Their costs would be reduced and their yield would be increased! It is baffling.</description>
