Sad but true. The farm bill does precious little for the small local farmer with his home grown produce, eggs, milk, grains and meat. As usual, it gives the lion’s share to industrial agro-corps like Dow, Cargill and Monsanto and their petrochemical fed, genetically warped petri dish progeny.
