If you’re not a Westchester local, you might need to read this to understand the cartoon. If you are a local, you are probably hopping mad at the cumulative drip drip of irritating County Government financial requirements and self regard. Thanks Scott – I always thought that being a political cartoonist in Birmingham, Alabama you must feel like the spider that weaves its web right next to the light bulb over the back porch.
