7 years without another terrorist attack on our soil seems like a pretty fine legacy to me.
That's some classic black & white thinking you got there. Do you also think that the Iraq war will pay for itself too?
Matt Davies has a tremendous talent. Really has his own unique style.

It's not about what Bush has or has not done, but it's about regime change. (e.g. the 1993 WTC bombing took place about a month after Bill Clinton entered office, then nothing until 2001 [save the domestic terrorism incidents in Oklahoma City and Atlanta].)
