    7 years without another terrorist attack on our soil seems like a pretty fine legacy to me.

    It's not about what Bush has or has not done, but it's about regime change. (e.g. the 1993 WTC bombing took place about a month after Bill Clinton entered office, then nothing until 2001 [save the domestic terrorism incidents in Oklahoma City and Atlanta].)
