The oil arguments can drive me nuts as some people think new drilling (which oil companies don't want to spend money on anyway...they'd rather spend their profits buying back their own stocks) can save us from buying oil from nations like Russia, Irand and Venezuala...but we only get about 2% of our oil from Russia, maybe 6% from Venezuala and practically ZERO from Iran.
