Hillary pleaded with her disgruntled followers in Denver to vote for Obama and not McCain in the fall, as McCain is the antithesis of everything she has worked toward and stands for – While Obama is of course, pretty much on the same political page.

I still can’t believe her supporters actually needed to be told that. More Scalias on the Supreme Court, anyone?

Why is the sign unfinished? It is clear from your lines that you intended to draw it that way and it wasn’t just cropping. Is that meant to convey distance or what?

If I had drawn this, I probably would have included an additional joke of the HRC diehards being herded by Republican elephant cowboys. But then again, I have a bad habit of making cartoons too busy.

Toaster…Sign is finished. Was just trying to make the letters on
it fit in the drawing. No inner meaning/conspiracy.
Adding elephants would have completely muddied up the cartoon’s point. One cartoon at a time, toaster. One cartoon at a time…

I wanted a Clinton/Obama ticket, so I’m a bit disappointed and sad for her. But there is no way in Hades I will vote to turn back the clock on civil rights and Roe v. Wade, enable our addiction to Big Oil, continue the wasteful bias in Medicaid that favors nursing home placement over at-home services, and perpetuate a senseless war by voting for Clueless John.
