Place Limbaugh, O'Reilly, Coulter, and all of their rabid followers onto said teeter-totter. Then have 2 people, one at each end, take turns holding up pictures of things sure to enrage the neocons and set them stampeding. For example: an intelligent woman, a woman content with her past decision to abort, free condoms, etc. Then once they've stampeded towards one end, the whole platform will shift under their weight and generate kinetic energy that can turn the wheel shaft (and in turn a generator). Then take the picture they ran to away and put up another loathed symbol at the other end so they can run uphill towards that and generate more kinetic energy.
