After eons of study and graft, the Tappan Zee Bridge Project Team came up with a fabulous plan for a spectacular new bridge complete with a rail and pedestrian component to replace the old TZ Bridge, which is, er, “phasing itself out” as we speak. Obviously, their work is far from complete. Maybe they could put a casino in the middle.
