“Who’s There?”

November
20

Looks like a setup for a sub-par knock, knock joke, huh?

Having President Clinton as a husband has been an interesting double-edged sword for Senator Clinton. Thanks to Bill, and her own prodigious political talent, she ingeniously rode her wave of First Lady fame into the Senate, and – in case you’ve been living under a rock lately – Bill has been a loud distraction to her career development efforts since.

Nonetheless, it looks like WJC is feverishly cutting post-Presidential business ties with shady rogues and bazillionaire strongmen to do whatever it takes to free up his wife to become the Obama Secretary of State. I personally think she would make an excellent, relatively hawkish SOS, but I get the nagging feeling she might experience simmering loyalty issues with President Obama and be tempted to freelance and self-promote a little.

Simple solution: Make slick Willy ambassador to Uzbekistan or some other remote country.

    “and self-promote a little”

    Ya think??? Naw… Not Hillary…

  3. BULLDOG

All she’s done for 2 years Matt is campaign for president.
She’s done nothing for New York or New Yorkers. For her to
just step in S&%t again and get this position would be a slap in the face to many New Yorkers if you ask me. The bright side would be she’d be out of NY!!!!

  4. Topgunner

Can’t you people see the genius behind Obama appointing her as Secretary of State? He accomplishes 3 things by appointing Hillary to a Cabinet position—- (1) he neutralizes any potential criticism of his agenda by her; (2) he eliminates her own agenda; and (3) he satisfies all of Hillary’s supporters who came over to him. (Not that they would have ever gone to support McCain and the brain dead imbecile from Alaska!) Genius, I tell you.

I for one would just love to have that stud, william lurking around the white house again!!

  6. BULLDOG

That’s all pay back Topgunner. It doesn’t mean she deserves
the job or is the right person for the job. Alot of the countries we are having problems with look at women as second class citzens. These countries will consider her a joke.

“A lot of the countries we are having problems with look at women as second class citzens”...

That would seem to be their problem, not ours. If they didn’t like people with blue eyes or brown hair should we disqualify an otherwise qualified individual?

Hillary will do fine in the position…she couldn’t possibly do any worse than Condie…

I look at it more as “Madeline Albright, redux”.

Guys, Guys, Guys (male & female), could we just let go of Bill Clinton already? Could we just wean ourselves off our addiction to WJC? How about going cold turkey right now & stop presenting Hillary as Bill/Hill? Take the pledge, guys & swear off Bill.

Hillary, in reality, is no supporting player in the Clinton Touring Company. She’s now the co-star. Certainly anyone who’s been watching has noticed that she’s got a mind of her own & Obama as her boss. Is it possible Obama’s not one to suffer egotists lightly? Ya think he’s going to let Bill be the eminence grise that the media keep presenting him as?

Yes, Matt, she will probably approach the SOS position from the center-right. She’s no friend of doves. And possibly she’ll self promote; but let’s not forget that her new boss is Barack ‘no drama Obama’.

Let go of Bill, guys, he’s a past president not the present president nor the SOS (nominee).

Your drawings and comments on Bill & Hillary are always SO FUNNY and GREAT! I still laugh when I think about the “Back of the Bus” one. That was sooooooooo hilarious! Awesome!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

When the extremists of the right and the extremists of the left, hate the Clintons that means they’re correct in their dealings.

People don’t like them cause they’re not fringe extremist thinkers…and are rather rational and centrist.

In this country of crazy whacked out thinking on par with anything in the Middle East…centrism can not be tolerated.

“Pick a side, don’t be a fence sitter, go extreme left or extreme right or you don’t count.”

Honestly, if you extremists, and I mean you on the left and right and Bin Ladin and his cabal would just fall off the face of the Earth, I wouldn’t mind.
