The TARP money should have been giving to legal citizens and taz payers of teh US to payoff debt. This would have infused the capital into the banks etc.. and people wouldnt be ble to buy and tehn not get fired. But crp america ini its infinite wisdom thinks it can stimulate teh economy by firing workers and expect thsoe workers to buy things.. Lets bring real industry back to the US. remember when Made in Ameria/The USA meant something.. it should still mean something...
