Matt, i don’t think anyone ever said that gay marriage is a
breakdown of society. I think the argument is between gay
people and people who are into tradition. These traditionalists are mostly religous right wingers who feel
that marriage can only between a man and a woman. Usually
their religion dictates this. As for me i don’t care either
way. If they want to get married like straight people all
they are doing is making caterers and lawyers rich.

Sadly, it’s been said many-a-time (although perhaps not explicitly by NY state senators).

Besides, us Straights would feel threatened if we let those durn gays ruin stuff, especially the institution of marriage… (As a child of divorced parents, both flaming heterosexuals, I can tell you without debate us straights have made it a daily habit to destroy marriage like it were cracking peanut shells. Get frickin’ over it!)

    Another straw man from Davies.

    I love my dog.

    Can we get married please?
