Some cartoons write themselves. Politically nepotic and dysfunctional Yonkers is in the midst of a childish budget battle with, shockingly(!), unions that don’t want to acknowledge the shrinking budgets that actually pay for their enviably cushy entitlement programs. No big news there. Of note, however is that the sanitation workers are on a sustained go-slow, sick-out, let’s-not-pick-up-taxpayers’-trash kick in order to garner the people’s sympathy…
